This isnt REALLY new, because they used to use it LEGALLY as a prescription therapeutic drug back in the day. It has since been made illegal since the huge serge of its street/club use (I think in Dallas, Texas, was the city that had the drug booming in the beginning, like 1950's era).
As a therapist, I would not recommend using it for treatment as a first option. |

Yes I remember that. I actually have a picture on my pc at home of the packages that they were being sold in.
They have also been testing in Switzerland for quite a while now but theyre studies are on the long term effects. |

| its deffinately screwed up my short term memory. one for instance is that i keep forgetting if i fed the dog or not,,sometimes she must get fed about ten times a day...i have to use my wife like a second brain.. |

ditto. I cant remember peoples names for . I can honestly say that I have never had that prob till I took E. Now I can meet a person 5 times, remember their face, but have no idea wtf they are!
(some TA's can attest to that!) It is nothing personal, I just cant remember shiiite! |

i don't have ANY trouble recalling ppls names...and funnier enough I remember phone numbers REALLY REALLY well but its just a memory game, ill recite it to myself like 3 times and most likely ill have it, or at least most of it in memory...as well as minute details of events that happened years ago. its so odd at times.
as for forgetting things, i def admit i have always been absentminded, even when i was young. hahah. also if i didnt think something was important then i just pretty much put it out of my mind. lol.
but back on topic, i can DEF see the benefits of it being used therapeutically...but in moderation and at a CONTROLLED dosage. but yes, def more trials need to be done |

| It's good to know science has come along way with these studies. It's cool that scientists are considering an effective way, for taking advantage, of all the psychiatric benefits of this "illegal" drug. |
