Manual Delay Time Calculation.

hey guys, i was wondering if anyone knows how to calculate manually the delay times for different bpms.
i used to know it but i forgot it...
for example i have a song in 125 bpm and i want to set the delay fx to 1/16 th but in miliseconds, how do i calculate this?
im not quite sure but i know it had someting to do with 125*4/16 or something like this...
please help! |

| 4*(60/125)*1/16 i guess and it will be in seconds |

60000/tempo
Then divide or multiply by 2 as required
Answer will be in ms(as most delay units are) |
