WOW!
it's 330pm sat mar30, and i just woke up from one of the best pvd shows that i've ever seen! From 2am-9am, i was in nirvana. Paul, continues his dominance of the dancefloor, knowing how to sway and control the crowds emotions on a mere whim. even though i was super tired at 8am, and my body wanted to give in, Paul continued to mesmerize the crowd to keep dancing..under his spell!
When it seemed that he was finished, and the lights turned on, everyone was chanting "PVD PVD PVD!" to which he replied to by playing a couple of songs.. then when all the lights turned on and it looked like he was going to wave good bye (his whimsical handwave) he just dropped the bomb on us by unleasing "For an Angel"... AMAZING!
I was quite surprised to see Paul intereract with the crowd. he is known for his stoic, emotionless demeanor which i witnessed when i saw him spin in Chicago and Toronto. But last night, Paul was one with the crowd. From hand clapping, to doing to jiggy, to his numerous hand gestures, i think Paul had as much fun spinning as the fans like us he was spinning for.
Last night was awesome.. thanks you NY1004 and drizzt81 for partying it up! rubyriva...too bad i didn't see you! you would 've seen me dance like a maniac!
PEACE! LONG LIVE PVD!

| OH MAN. This was my first time seeing PVD and all these high hopes and expectations that I had for that night were all met...maybe even surpassed. I'm not quite sure how his sets were while he spun at Twilo, but at SF he was smoking. The vocals and meldoies would relax me and the climaxes hit me BAM and the lights turned all bright and I could see everyone going crazy around me. It was kinda of annoying trying to dance in that crowd. I was seriously starting to get a little claustrophobic in there. But hey the fan was blowing on me and the music was heaven so I could deal. All in all it was one amazing night. Thanks Chris and Greg for an amazing night. And Thanks to you to PAUL~!! :) |

We were on the main floor the whole night. We started out in the middle, and progressivley moved towards the back. |

we did go back into the middle multiple times over, only to end up in the back again.. very amusing things...
if you saw the guy with the 'space-ship' lights on his hands, he was pretty close to me for a while (define spaceship : 2-3 byclicle rear lights + 1 glowstick/ hand) |
