What up guys, I recently got into playing my sega genesis again, and I've become a little addicted to buying sega games on Ebay. I was wondering what your favorite games were and if you had any suggestions. My current collection includes:

Sonic 1,2,3
Mortal Kombat 1
Streets of Rage 2
Super Street Fighter 2
NBA Jam
Alladin
Echo
Mrs. PacMan
Super Offroad
Firestorm
and a few others I can't remember atm.
CONNERMAN2000
All of those games are definite classics, though I dont think I ever played Firestorm.

My Genesis favs include:

Shining Force 1 and 2
Kid Chameleon
Herzog Zwei
Gain Ground <--ing gem, very underrated
Dick Tracy
Road Rash 1, 2, 3
E-Swat
NHL 94

They need to make a decent attempt at bringing this series back. I played the hell out of Road Rash 1 & 2 on the Genesis. Unfortunately the series never translated too well to the 3D realm.

The series had enough of a fanbase that I think they could attempt a next-gen game.

Two games that come to mind are:

Road Rash series (very awesome)
Joe Montana NFL Football '94 (this game was in my opinion the best game in the early 90s, because the way the game was constructed. I loved the diverse plays set for different types of formations, and the ease of game play. a lot better than the early madden games)

verndogs
truxton was my favorite game on the genesis
pvdAngel
Sonic series
Aladdin
Toejam and Earl in Panic on Funkotron <-- I'm surprised no one else mentioned this. :p
