hahaha
Ok, well there are many sites that you can google to look up the procedure....
but basically they sit you on a massage table, they relax you with meditation music and they use a lasar pen and touch these points on and in your ears and around your eye brows and a couple points on the side of the head... then they lasar a couple points on the hands as well and the front of the face...
I went a lil banana's that evening - crying with withdrawl and , but other then that I have not wanted one yet... That morning craving is the worst and I haven't had a craving since - it's been close to 6 days now. . .:)
yay for me! |

I haven't thought about smoking in so long that I pretty much forgot I ever smoked. Then I had a dream about smoking last night!!! In the dream I lit up a cig and thought I'd put it out after one puff because it would taste horrible....but it DIDN'T!! I enjoyed it so much in the dream, and the whole time I was smoking it I thought to myself how disappointed I was that I could actually be enjoying it again.
Thank god it was just a dream. |

| Sounds like it was some kind of placebo treatment. |

How was it hurting you?
My mother had laser done as well, and within a week she broke down and had a cigarette.
She has also had hypnosis, accupuncture, and has been on the patch and chewed gum plenty of times. Still smoking :(
Good luck quitting. It is the dirtiest most disgusting, stinky, waste of money habit out there. |
i quit again. ive been smoke free for 2 weeks now.
easiest way i find is take a night, drink alot and chain smoke at least a pack and a half. next day your throat feels so ty you wont want one for a while. htne you just dont buy a pack... |

i am also quitting, not quitting really, but cutting back.
in the summer i would have 3 before work. 2 first break, 3 on lunch, 2 on last break, and one every hour or so after work.
now i'm on 1 before work, first break, lunch and last break, and i have a smoke at 7pm, 9 pm, and 11 pm.

i'll be honest. Everyone i know who's quit & stayed away have done so by willpower alone. If people are looking for something for the cravings they'll always give in in time. |
This year will be my fourth year quit, and I have to agree with this comment. I also read a book by Allan Carr "How to permantly quit smoking" There are two versions, one short one long, definatly helped me, explained the mechanics behind smoking. Was also off and on Zyban. But In the end I just accepted the commitment in quitting, and nothing else mattered. One day at a time. |
