What would you do if you came back home one day...

... and found yourself at home (i.e. already there)? Your alter ego would be doing exactly the same things you'd do if you were home: waste time posting threads in an internet forum, eat whatever it is that you have for lunch, talk to anyone in the house the same way you would, &c. And, on top of that, neither your alter ego nor the people that you know would recognise you (your alter ego would be you, after all). It would be as if you were a completely different person, and all that you were simply became someone else.
So, if you ever found yourself in such situation, what would you do? |

| what would u do if ur son was home, cryin all alone on the bedroom floor cuz he's hungry, and the only way to feed him is to, sleep with a man for a little bit of money and his daddy's gone, somewhere sellin rocks now in & out of lockdown, i aint got a job now...so for u this is just a good time but for me this is what i call life |

First I'd put this thread in a USB key that I'd keep on my persons at all time.
Then if it ever happened, I'd run to the nearest internet cafe, put in the USB key, and read the thread looking for the best advice I could find on what to do.
Nah, I'd just pull out my copy of Harlan Ellison's Shaterday and read it instead |

no, no, no...I'd tell him to go do something useful, like work or research something or volunteer somewhere. Then I'd go back to reading threads. |
