It's the Australian equivalent of a Bogan, Westie or Yobbo.
Except they drive worse cars, dress much the same and a bit more inbred, also unlike their Australian cousins theyre never known to actually ever work for a living.

Lol, in Queensland they are often referred to as 'Bevans.' The only difference being, that Bevans are thought to have at least SOME knowledge of....Ford Escort's...Torana's...maybe even the odd VB Commodore...
