I've been towed once...its a pretty frustrating walk all the way to the impound!
The signs completely screwed me up...but I was actually at fault after I spend 30 minutes to figure out how all of the signs worked. |

The worst was York University parking.
I got a $100 ticket for parking in a fire zone...and I deserved it. But I just threw it away and never paid. This was in December 2003.
Last August, August 2006, I received a letter saying that they tracked down my license plate number and sent me a bill. 2.5 years later!! Now thats some dedication.
It took them over 2.5 years though to track it down...and the car was registered under my parents name, so we had the same home address. Don't know what took them so long. |

York's parking officers are freaking s! not only we have 0 free parking, even parking spots by res buildings are all stamped with reserved for this and reserved for that
the easiest way to get out of paying York anything is to have yourself registered under a dif address... the name tracking a very recent evolving, before it was really easy for people driving their parent's cars, the amount of time my friends ripped the tickets to pieces and thew them out is countless :) |

At my campus, there use to be a back alley that we could drive through to get out without paying lol.
There was a deadbolt lock on it, but someone kept cutting the lock (it wasn't me) so we were able to drive through. But not our campus is hardcore and is rediculous. The only good thing is, if you leave campus after 11pm, there is no one at the parking gate so its free. |

Yeah those multiple "soliciting a prostitute" tickets are really starting to look bad. |

| DT CORE, they don't around ... they come out like NINJAs and the ty thing is, they got Wifi units now. Once they get your plate number, it's over and the info is sent to their database or billing. Incase you try to take off and the ticket isn't placed on your car yet. |
