Coming to nyc feb 9 to 11

My girlfriend and I are coming to NYC the weekend of feb. 9th to 11th. We are quite familiar with both the Toronto and Montreal scene, so we are looking to maximize our clubbing experience in NYC. I wanted to get opinions on what we should do this weekend to have the best experience. Here is what I have so far:
Friday night:
Crobar: Satoshi Tom. + Hector Romero
Pacha: James Zabiela
Do you think its reasonable to hit both clubs in the same night, if money is not an object. Which would you recommend first?
Saturday night:
Sullivan Room- John OO Fleming
Maybe Boris @ Pacha if we don't make it there Friday night? How will this night be?

We will be swapping cities :) I will be in toronto that weekend.

Crobar is more of the "large club" scene, but Pacha has girls dancing in showers and fireplaces in the upstairs bathroom.

| What time does Pacha close on Fridays? Crobar says 6 am. I think we may hit Crobar first for a while than spend the remainder of the evening at Pacha. |

There are usually guest lists you could go on, to get you into Crobar free before 12 or 1, at least on Fridays
Stay tuned on this forum for details about that.
However, not many people are there at that time (unless there's some other event earlier in the night), and the main room is usually not open until after midnight.
The DJ's in the smaller Reed Room are actually often good, before they have to switch the music to hip-hop (some time after the main room opens). |

| JZ @ Pacha on Friday and JOOF @ Sullivan room on Saturday will deff maximize your clubbing experience in NYC. ;) Crobar has nothing on Pacha and Sullivan room is re-opening the night of JOOF with new sound and larger space.....I'm really looking forward to the new Sulli. The only way I would go to Corbar on Friday before Pacha is if it's open bar on the guest list......then it would be worth getting drunk there and catching a cab after open bar is closed. |
