I know its just nuts reading these things and people wonder why we can't
IGNORE country of origin, race, color, ethnicity, personal beliefs, way of dress, behaviors, mode of speech, attitude, etc
AND 100% RANDOMLY check people
AND find 100% of the terrorists
AND Honor every single person's rights, feelings, emotions, attitudes, personal beliefs regardless of citizenship
AND completely disregard any BRAIN function that might indicate guards are humans too and they have feelings and chemicals just like everyone else
AND promote a sense of security, well-being, ecumenism, joy and peace at the border
AND honor the 'spirit' of our constitution and what every person's personal interpretation is of that documents
and the list goes on and on and on and ing on.
Use your ing brains people. Either come up with a better method and submit it to the government or shut your ignorant mouths. |

The only time I will even consider your opinion is IF and WHEN you get harrassed and mistreated in airports and by the general population because of that happened 5 years ago by a bunch of douche bags who hate america, and because of your national origin or the language you speak.
You dont need to public figures to step up and speak out aginst anything. The lackthereof does NOT justify the hated, ignoarnace, and racism, and islomophobia bein spread throughout the country like wildfire.
What bothers me is this: If such BLATANT discrimination was happening to any other group of people the wrould be public outcry.
This isnt even about religion for me. Im not even ing religious. I just think it is UNFAIR and WRONG.

perhaps racial profiling is more effective then any of us can possibly imagine ( the governement doesn't exactly go public when catching bad guys ... at least not in every case ) but bottomline is the TSA is run like a hack job.
There have been countless accounts of banned items making it onboard flights despite raised security levels. Numerous independent commissions have tested the screening procedures and have always managed to get prohibited items through.
I think it's really amazing the US hasn't been blasted again since 9/11 considering how big the country is and how bad the security screening is. |

Learn how to spell, your words are like nails on the eyeballs. Saying that your feelings got hurt isn't a reason to change 'the system'. Im hearing a lot of bitching about 'the man' keeping you down yet no suggestions for rectifying the situation. |

I never said my feelings got hurt. If my opinion seems emotional here that’s because racism and discrimination are two very hot topic issues that shape our culture as Americans. If no one complains about it, how could it change?
And no, don't give me that psycho babble about me 'hating the man' and trying 'not to conform to society', ect.
You can't segregate a group of people from the rest of the population, regardless.
If you want a 'fair' security, and profiling system, everyone must be of suspect. Check everyone, not just *this group of people* just because you're afraid of them.
People are not groups of rabies infested dogs, their people. Since America is the country promoting and endorsing democracy and equality of all people, throughout the world, the least they could do is start at home. |

See, you must understand this: the rest of the WORLD is doing JUST fine screeining everybody. You must seem to think that the only humans capable of flying and maintaining airlines are americans and europeans. There is a whole list of arab countries, frequently travelled by Easterners and Westerners alike, that move along much MORE swiftly that airports in the US and Britain.
