When I was leaving Poland this winter back home...someone left a plastic bag at the airport. They evacuated everyone to the other side of the street packed everyone into the hotel they have across of the Warsaw airport...had the fire department come, some swat like guys, police, and military. Only to later realize the bag was simply empty but looked like it had material in it since it was tied and inflated with air.
