| 1 americano a day typically. I work overnight so I tend to need something to keep going. Really weird is when I'm out shopping I drink tons of ice americano's. |

Damn! I usually drink 2 Red bulls and a couple cans of Georgia Coffee in the morning, which i hear it's illegal in the states cause it has nicotine in it! It's Delicious. Then through out the day I drink Kochakaden Garden Lemon Tea. Shizzle im hooked ahhhh

| I'm not a fan of coffee or soda (too much caffeine IMO). I'm addicted to green teas though (especially the ones with ginseng). Green tea typically has low levels of caffeine compared to coffee and I think ginseng is a nice alternative to caffeine. Caffeine tends to make you crash after awhile since all it does it make your brain think you're awake when you're not. Ginseng on the other hand I think really gives you energy and doesn't make you crash either (also gives you an edge in the bedroom...try drinking some ginseng tea before banging your girl...you can go for as long as you want). I don't know, maybe its a placebo effect as some may say but seems to work for me. |

| I don't drink and form of caffeine, anymore. However, I will say Pilon Expresso will have you virtually in the stratosphere all day, after one 1/4 cup. |

I think I once read/heard that caffeine is the most widely used and accepted "recreational drug" in the world. I'm not sure about how recreational I consider it though.
