anyone else having problems with Beatport?

| Beatport won't accept my credit card, even though the information is definitely correct and I definitely have enough money. I emailed them Wednesday and still haven't heard anything. Anyone else having trouble? |

double check the billing address and security code. I haven't had any problems but they sent out an email a while back saying to double check all info on there cause of new security measures.

yea re-enter your info and update it...if it still doesn't work, make sure u haven't logged in on another computer. Clear cookies and try again. I had to clear the cookies out to get mine working again. |

Well this is a first for me......
After making my purchase, and going into my download library - I click on the download icon and it prompts the following message:

ERROR
The file you requested was not found. Please contact [email protected]

Anyone else having this happen? I've been using Beatport for over a year and purchased over 600 tracks during that time, and never have I had any problems (other than minor). |

| Yeah this happened to me when I tried to order on my desktop pc. Then I went to my laptop and it worked fine. ing beatport, its like crack. |

| anyone else having problems playing the samples on firefox? they just skip or stop playing on my firefox. i gotta use opera to listen to the samples, but opera has some gay alert every time i click anywhere on the site! :nervous: |

I've never encountered problems playing the samples with firefox. Do you have the latest Flash version installed? or perhaps your internet connection can't keep up with the streaming of samples (unlikely :P) |

i have everything like it should be. and they do work just fine with opera just not with firefox. i really dunno what's the problem.  |
