Wave/Bouce efx on Sound

Hi, I am trying to create a waving/boucing efx (if that's the correct term), but I am having trouble. I have my sound loaded in my polysix in cubase. Adjusting the pitch and some filtering gives me nice results, but I can't get that bouncy/waving efx. Maybe with some sort of vst plugin? I have provided 2 nice samples of exactly what I am after:

| I could not listen to samples...since I'm at work...but isn't just the very simple LFO volume modulation what you're looking for? if done correctly it can make it...kinda wavy. |

that's all in the lfo my friend...
the lfo controls the pitch and the pan and the filter cutoff |

| thanks guys! yes, lfo controls is what I was looking for. :) adding unison and little noise makes for nice effect. |
