K, I have a problem. So I did my first session with a personal trainer Thursday night. My body has been friggin sore all over since haha. Every single part of my body. I've tryed to dance, and it fackin kills, especially my abs and chest haha!
Any ideas on how to help that!?? I'm going to pure stretch before I leave haha, but any other ideas to curb the sore muscles!? haha
My personal trainer doesn't fack around lol
and no I'm not being a baby! shud up! lol

get some advil in ya to dull the pain. or maybe some OJ to give you some boost.
i remember i went to together as one 2 years ago after an operation on my leg. normally i walked with a limp cuz the cut wasnt healed yet, but i popped 3 advils during the night and was dancing like no tomorrow.
