::: FREE Event @ The Mor :: Tonight, Sunday, February 4th
Thanks to everyone who came out to support last month’s 'LOCAL LOVE' UNWIND with West Coast TAs Chris Reddick, C Em_Soul, Robert Stern and others as our local guests :D
4 weeks have now passed, 2007 is in full effect and it's time to do it all over again!
Tonight we are proud to have special guest Shawn Mitiska from Denver for his 1st L.A. appearance, who will be doing an exclusive tagteam with UNWIND Resident Matt Cerf.
If you don't know who this talented up-n-coming DJ/Producer is, here is your chance to find out. :wtf:
We also have an awesome supporting line-up of local talent to top it all off, including UNWIND resident Randy Seidman + C Em_Soul + 1st time UNWIND performance by Adam Nello.
We kick off the night @ 7:00PM and will be doing Happy Hour specials from 7-9.
This is going to be a great night for progressive/electro/house/trance music.
No Super Bowl excuses! Just get your asses on the dancefloor!

** If you haven't been down to the Mor yet you've got to check it out, its an awesome little spot for winding down (hence the UNWIND name) on a Sunday night with an excellent sound system, awesome decor, great bar, friendly staff, and most importantly, good music & people and all right by the beach in Santa Monica!

WOW. that was the most heads i've seen there in a while. we had to kick people outta there! everyone was still trying to close out there tabs @ 2am...on a sunday.

Another great night :) Thanks so much to all the DJs who played! There were some SERIOUSLY great sets being thrown down and people were dancing from 7:15 straight through til 2am. As Chad mentioned, we had to kick people out :wtf:
The staff had expected it to be a slow night because of Super Bowl but it ended up being so slammed at a couple points that we thought Devon the bartender might have a heart attack :haha:
Randy played such a nice opening set, got people JUMPING before 8. Then Adam Nello came on and brought a really cool set that kept the floor filling. Cerf & Mitiska destroyed the floor as expected, and Chad closed it out perfectly, enough to keep people there well past their bedtimes ;)
Thanks to those that came out and again to the DJs for making it happen.
