| If for some reason I'm running behind, I'll mix up a scoop of whey protein powder and some skim milk. Blood sugar bottoming out in the morning FTL. :( |

no . i miss that almost as much as i miss NY pizza. :(
out here i can get breakfast sandwiches at a lot of places but they're usually served on weak little biscuits or crappy rolls, not the good poppy-seed kaiser rolls like they use at NY delis. Einstein Bagels probably has the best breakfast sandwich around here - cheddar and smoked bacon and egg on an everything bagel. yum! |

Nature Valley granola bars - Fruit & Nut
i pack like a box of them in my snowboarding bag, eat them all day while riding, even when im going down the hill i have one in my hand and munch away lol |
