| I have used the MS2000, and I think its alright. It is good for nice hard trance leads, but it is less smooth sounding then other synths. I guess you could call it more harsh. It also only has 4 polyphony I think, which ends up making your sounds less full, since you can't layer many notes. Dont buy it if you want strings, either. Bass is alright in it, not bad. I suggest you save your money for a Supernova or an Access Virus, to be honest.. they do cost more, but they also sound alot better, and have more variety. The MS2000 would be great as a second synth, if you already have a good one. Also, check out the JP8000 or JP8080, they are in a similar pricerange, and good aswell. |
