well Jules used to come pretty often during the Arc days but to my knowledge i dont think his nites worked out too well... i heard him @ Roxy on a thursday nite back in 2001 and had a good time... Tong, i have no clue... he does come here there but besides being 'the man' in dance, i hear his djing sets are a bore...

btw, you aint threadjack my it all.. its all relevant discussion..

I remember seeing Jules at the arc back in the day and these drunken fools started to pound their fists on the wall of the dj booth. The records start to skip and the rest is history. :( It was such a bummer, my friend ran a grabbed a security guard and they quickly removed them from the building. After this... I don't know if I would want to come back to NYC.

Pete Tong I did see at Crobar sometime is 2006. Haven't danced that hard in a long long time. He kept it going the whole time, I had a blast. His skills were on that night as well. I didn't hear any flaming or anything from his mixing. Serge Devant closed it out and he impressed me very much as well.

The one time I saw Pete Tong @ Crobar it was a nightmare. Almost as packed as Tiesto.

Oh really? It wasn't too busy when I saw him there. Plenty of room to dance the whole night :toocool:

I was going to name all of these guys who i think produce excellent tracks, but then i thought....well.....what if they suck as DJs.

Kyau & Albert & J OO Fleming are the only 2 i could think of without going off listing producers that I have no clue if they can actually DJ.

MixerAmir
Giusseppe Ottaviani
Kuffdam&Plant
Thomas Bronzwaer
Sean Tyas
