I kinda like the chasing cars remix. It went especially well for the holiday seasons. I remember christmas eve so clearly...Snow pouring outside, sittin' around the fire with a tacky xmas sweater, drinking egg nogg, and listening to the Topher Jones/Blake Jarrell remix.
I can see how it can get annoying since everyone and their brothers play it in their sets.
My least favorite remixes are those ty electro mixs of alternative songs that KROQ sometimes plays. They always have really weak beats, and they totally ruin great songs by bands like Smashing Pumpkins.
If it ain't broke, then why remix it? |
