I notice it says on the flyer that 'this is a glowstick friendly event'. As someone who doesn't use glowsticks I've been wondering for a while now, why it is that they're confiscated at certain events. Are they a hazard of some sort? I haven't met anyone who's had their eye poked out by a glowstick so what's the deal w/that?

Clubs associate glowsticks, ufo's, etc to illegal activities. Glowsticking is not dangerous but I can say I've had some glowstringing incidents in my time :toothless

haha... nah... this party isn't trying to be catered to asians, though machine is typically known to be an asian club. we are more or less trying to make it a clubber/glowsticker/non-vip friendly event.

with all the ppl from Philly supposedly being bussed in, i highly DOUBT it will be a total ASIAN party. hehe. i hope it all pulls thru for the sake of the organizers :)

oh man its gona be crazy that night haha
