I'm assuming its a sushi place that serves its food on a coveyer belt. Basically you see what you like, pick it up, eat it and pay for it.

yeah...its setup like an oval type seating..and in the middle is where the chef is...

They make the sushi in the middle, and then put it on a little track, which goes around the oval...

The sushi is moving in front of you and you just take what you want to eat. The sushi is priced according to the plate. The different colour plates are different prices. ie. Blue plate = 1.50, Green = 2.00 etc...

Some places they have sushi boats which are also fun!

Conveyor sushi is the modern day reincarnation of the Sushi Boat.

You get pieces of sushi on different colored dishes as they move across a conveyor. Each color dish costs a different amount.

Sushi chefs pump out the fish, it is fairly fresh and a whole lot of fun. I recommend it.

The idea of the conveyor is to not order but to just see what the chefs are making and putting out.

That's a pretty neat idea. Unfortunately I hate sushi.

I used to dislike sushi as well. I found that after trying it upon repeated occasions, it kind of grew on me. Maybe it's an acquired taste - like scotch...

sounds nice! there's really not much i won't do fur sushi, and this could so be used to manipulate me, and probably will someday :(

i'd adjust the conveyor so all the sushi comes to me.

i don't have an off button when it comes to sushi. 7, 8, 10 rolls. BRING TI!
