Not sure if there are Arby's outside of the USA, but they're damn good.

Used to have 5 roast beef sandwiches for 5 dollars. Now it's 4 for $5 :(

the reason fast food gives you the s after you havent eaten in a while, it's because the oil literally runs through you...
MIckeyD's is one of the worst, their patties are fried, BK is no better but at least they're broiled on an open flame, which drops the fat as opposed to containing it within..

Subway wins!

I do like the grilled chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese though. I can't eat their hamburgers anymore though because of the runs.

all i can say is i will never eat there i would rather chew on my own shoe then go in there and have their sick stereoid food.

the fact look at it at least here in canada girls are 13 an they got huge ? where is that coming from, excatly from fast food full of stereoids an such well not just fast food but vegetables an chicken an such.

thats why i get all my chicken pork, and such on farm an over summer vegetables also from there yes it takes bit more time to get it but taste is amazingly different

A few days ago, I foolishly ate a cheeseburger from this small, no-name fried food place near my house. I kept eating even though I knew something right. When I finished my meal, I saw a whole lot of grease in the container. I don't know why I didn't just stop when I thought it tasted funny. :(

The next day I had terrible, terrible diarrhea. I had to chug pepto-bismol, which doesn't taste good at all. I couldn't eat anything for a whole day, and I wanted to die.

My sickness lasted for 2 days and a half, and I don't know if I would have survived without the pepto. During that incident, I developed a strong fear of poorly prepared foods and the thought of burgers made me nauseous (I used to think my stomach was strong, but not anymore). I don't know exactly what was wrong with the burgers, but my main guess is that they were undercooked.

So my point is, while McDonald's is unhealthy, there is far worse out there. At least McDonald's does not put you out of commision for multiple days, and tastes good.

The optimal choice is to be a vegetarian, and/or cook your own food.

That blows.

You can't just target these no name diners and such. Every restaurant has it's cooks who don't prepare your food right and/or used bad meat or expired products. It happened to me at this high priced Italian restaurant a few months ago.

For some reason Burger King still has more fat in their burgers...must be the way they're made because broiling is one of the more healthier ways to prepare burgers.

It has for me. I had McDonalds in Singapore last year, some promo they had on at the time that used rice cakes instead of bread buns, and I was sick for a week. It didn't taste good when I was eating it either.

From experience, any fast food in foreign countries is a gamble. Even if you do expect the quality and hygiene to be generally consistent across the globe. The branding sure is.
