DONT get samsung. LG vx8300, isn't bad. |
Thats the one I'm leaning towards. I haven't heard the greatest things about it but it seems like the best out of what verizon offers (they have a horrible selection IMO unless you want the razor or chocolate). Looks on a phone don't concern me, most of the time it's in my pocket anyway. |

exactly why i got rid of my razor. THREE times that thing just split in half. once when i just dropped it taking it out of my coat. |

Durability is another reason I went with the "free with plan" option. My phone is bulky (by today's Razr standards) but it's a ing tank. Almost two years of use now and it barely even has a scratch.

Thats my main objection with that thing, you would have to treat it with such care to make sure it doesn't get broken or scratched. I want a phone that I can beat to and it'll still work, not something I have to treat like a little baby I carry around in my pocket. |

i have the LG VX8600. the thing is pretty solid and looks slick.
in two round of VX8600 vs. Wall, the phone put two dents in... not bad for a rookie. |

I was considering that one but its a little too similar to the razor. It's also more expensive than the 8300 and to my knowledge doesn't have any better features minus the touch buttons on the outside for the mp3 player which I probably wouldn't use. |
