Hi, I'm wanting to make myself a sound effect with some vocals in it to play during my sets, something like "DJ HARN Mixing on his laptop" with a couple of riffs and sounds alongside it so that I can throw it in randomly. The voice synthesiser i have on fruity loops sounds unrealistic, I don't want robot voices or monotone schoolkids voices, I want a sexy female voice that will sound good, LIKE THE TYPICAL JINGLES THAT ARE PLAYED DURING dj'S RADIO SHOWS. What would be the best way to produce this other than asking someone to record it for me?
I'm new to all this, as you have probably gathered, so any positive feedback would be great.

| well unless u sound like a sexy girl then your gonna need a girl to say that, record it 2 Soundforge then try Reason you should beable to get something out of that for a voice or cubase |

c'mon man...mixing on your laptop...I'd drop that part and just stick with "in the mix" The whole laptop thing is weak. |

I think voiceovers a pain in the ass as it is, but 'DJ Harn mixing on his laptop' is quite homosexual. |
