Nice call. Exactly. Speaking of which, MSTRKRFT did drop Daft Punk's "Rollin' & Scratchin'"...wicked, wicked tune...crowd was lovin' it....

yeah mixing definitely wasn't the best but the tracks they dropped were awesome, i loved it

Just remembered that they also played their remix of Metric's "Monster Hospital"..."I fought the war/I fought the war/but the war won/stop for the love of god"....

Daft Punk. Such a good call.

Since there doesn't appear to be any MSTRKRFT sets floating around yet, here's an old Daft Punk one from about 10 years ago that reminds me of MSTRKRFT in a lot of ways...

Daft Punk - Alive 1997

BTW, I'm not sure I agree with the couple of comments regarding the mixing, or at least it didn't bother me. I recall a couple of times when I am certain they trainwrecked it on purpose, to great effect...

Is choppy/unpredictable/dirty mixing actually a technique?....:haha:

Went mental to this. Tune of the night for sure. I'm not a huge fan of rock inspired electro, but when it comes to MSTRKRFT I dig it! :D

Heard lots of Switch/Solid Groove tunes also.

thats some crazy pull that mstrkrft has.

What was the other Daft Punk track that was played? Maybe it was a MSTRKRFT tune? It had the crowd (including myself) going NUTS. It was the defintion of electro itself...very synthy...it's a familiar tune. I think it's a dub..or it doesn't have many lyrics.

If it was "One More Time" ...I will cry...

Actually...I want to stab myself in the eye for missing out on last night!
