Walhalla on the Danube ~ idea of the 20-year-old Crown Prince Ludwig I of Bavaria in 1807
this is one of my favourite places in the world. whenever i go back home to Bavaria i go back to the Walhalla. it's a place close to my home town that i used to love to go to just to chillout at on sunday afternoons or to hang out with friends at nite on the w-e's or even to watch the sunrise over the Danube after a nite of going out :)

Andrea (or Laura) what was that building in NYC that we liked? The one that looked like a ski jump or something? It was near FAO Schwartz I believe. |

The Pisa Cathedral
I tried to find the exact story, but when a tour guide was telling us about it, there is some story about the dark column in the facade being a lover's column and if you and your love go and see it together, you will be in love forever. |

^^ YEAH!! that place is awesome, it almost looks like you could snowboard off it (except that would be crazy scary woah).. NYC in general is an architect's dream *goes to look for pictures*

I love Art Deco, ever since I saw the silent film Metropolis, it made me obsessed with the industrial age's opulance and arrogance.
That's why I heart NYC.
Yes, I'm a fan of Gaudi, as I do want to stop there for a while before Ibeetha.
Frank Gehry is got great modernwork and apprently there is a awesome documentary about him. |

and this is the "Piazza del Campo" in Siena, Italy. I could sit in the middle of this town for years and watching peeps go by. It's my favorite place in the world, (but mind you I haven't been everywhere.) |

My favourite part of Coventry, in the city centre by the Cathedral. Feels like you are walking through old Italy.

London Bridge as seen from the Thames. I know it's not a building, but I have to say it was a totally surreal experience to see something like that in real life after seeing countless pictures of it in books etc. |

This is my favourite building in Detroit...
The (Abandoned) Train Station
From Windsor you can see it and it looks like a giant gothic skeleton, sort of tragic but also very cool. |
