did anyone else see this movie? what did you tink of it?? i did like the effects but i thought it was strange. i'd definitely watch it again...
i did fall asleep the first time though, but it was an interesting film i think. wasn't the greatest or the worst film ever though...
i didn't see many advertisements for this movie so i dn't know how well it did. sorry if this movie was already invlved in a thread. |

severely disappointing movie. it seemed like they tried too hard for it to be a "psychological" movie and it instead ended up being boring and drawn out with waaay too much pointless dialogue. the (i guess you could call it) twist at the end sucked. i did thoroughly enjoy the visuals though.
i think this is a repost too, but meh |

I don't think it tried to be clever and witty- it was based on a Philip K. Dick novel, it was meant to be overly complex.
Waking Life was probably a more beautiful movie as the message was a bit more positive; dreamy as the dialogues-
A Scanner Darkly was truly sombre and pessimistic. I think the editing was effective in both cases. |
