Spyware Issue

I think I've downloaded some spyware. There are two icons on the taskbar that continually flash and the message bubble comes up every 5 seconds trying make me buy some ing spam-ass product I don't want.
How do I clean out my taskbar of these icons? |

| Also try Spybot...google it. If that fails, but spysweeper, it really does work for me. |
