I live right on a main street, so the road is always well maintained and snow removal is pretty 1337.
Since I live here I get to see them in action late at night removing all the built up snow banks from the sidewalks. They use two huge trucks, one is a dump truck and the other has a huge snowblower device built on the front. The snowblower truck sucks up and spits out all the snow into the dump truck as it drives along in front of it.
I feel like I've seen Santa climbing down the chimney!
Ok not really...but it's still kinda neat to see how the city operates. I guess this just gets done and most people never think about it.

| Haha, we've had class canceled for 2 days because of the snow. Turns out it was a record-setting 16.5". Only thing I dislike about snow is the aftermath, where everything is slushy and yucky. |

| Caela, between last night and tonight how much snow have you guys gotten? And is this "state of emergency" for all of Vermont or just your area. I'm just curious as to what other people are getting in terms of snow. |
