listening...
buncha fx n stuff...there is way too much reverb over all, expecially on those cymbals...i think.
big old whoosh...ok wasnt expecting that lol...
there is no loooooooooooooow end.
i have no time markers so i'll describe what i can...
ok so you have this wierd synth panning left and right, playing funny notes...sorry, not keen on the note selection.
little break down with loud ass pads that take up all the space.
ok a plucky thing...pretty neat when the bass change or whatever comes in, good progression.
not a fan of the lead sound...
ok a little more than half way through...sidechain thing ...doesnt do it for me...sorry.
ok so my overall impression...
it's a good start, but there is way too much reverb, way too much going on, way too much clutter. the intro is kinda weak...go easy on the FX n stuff.
not nearly enough low end...kick is too "thwacky", doesn't fit too well imo.
improve the mixing and dynamics and the track may stand a chance.
sorry if i sounded harsh...keep at it tho. |
