| there is this polish dish called Tatar .... basicaly it's super lean raw ground beef, you take a raw egg yoke, diced pickels onions mushrooms you mix it all up and eat it ....to my suprise i loved it |

my bad, missed your post
its so gooooooddd
it takes about 20h to cook it on very low temp
my dad usually puts it on when he gets home and takes it off in the morning or w/e, you also have to wake up in the middle of the night to stir it once..lol |
