This used to be such a common up in the early days that they introduced a standard backup plugin that automatically backed up the bookmark links daily. Go to the following:
C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\uclcx7dd.default\bookmarkbackups
(There might be some variation in the bold bit, but it will be pretty obvious where to go once you're there.)
To restore it - copy the file, and paste it somewhere for safekeeping. Close firefox. Rename the existing 'bookmarks.html' that is located in your mozilla file to something like 'bookmarks.html-1' or whatever the you want. Copy the backup you made a second ago into the mozilla folder, and make sure it's called 'bookmarks.html'
Open firefox and the backup should be good to go. I am pissed as a fart by the way and hold absolutley no responsibility should anything go wrong. |

| There could be many reasons - Like I said, this used to be such a common occurance in the early days, and they've STILL not managed to get all the bugs fixed. The most common cause though is usually after you've updated to the latest version. |

You know most of these features they just ripped off from Opera, which has had them for years (Opera had tabbed browsing since version 4 or 5 and I think its always had these mouse shortcuts).
Opera is a far superior browser in every possible way, lighter, faster, and more features. Plus it is totally Acid2 complient. :D
Firefox beats IE, but seriously, it's still such a low class browser.

I've been using FireFox for a long time now. but I didn't know about the scroll click thingy. Thanks for the tip.
Another reason why I love Firefox so much:
for example if you wanted to look up Matt Damon's filmography on IMDB, you don't have to type in 'www.imdb.com' and then do a search, but the only thing I do is type 'imdb matt damon' in the adress bar and Firefox takes me there automatically. I love it, Firefox s all over IE. |

| My middle mouse click thing doesn't work? I tried looking up how to fix this but nothing really came up. Any help would be great. |
