whats a good thing to do when you're depressed? (pg. 5)

When I'm depressed, I go through the last few weeks in my mind, and try to find a cause. Here are the things I focus on:
1. diet...make sure you are eating WELL, not fast food.
2. exercise...force yourself to get some everyday, at least an hour
3. socialize...humans need contact with others, force yourself
4. vitamins...one-a-day help lots
5. work...if you're unemployed, get a job
6. drugs...if you take them, fight through it, you did it to you.
7. environment...clean up your pad, if it needs it
There may be one or two other things that I go through to find the culprit, but I've found that if you focus on these issues, you'll have a really good idea what the cause was. If you follow this advice, you'll at least feel a little better, I'm sure.

Firefox can't find the server at ur.banned.lol.
