Apparently you have a habit of doing this as you just posted that you drove over the brooklyn bridge towards Tobacco Warehouse/armin, decided to sell your tickets, and bought dinner/etc for you and your gf. :haha: STICK TO THE PLAN!! lolol
Gabe: F*CKIN RIGHT WE ARE ALL GOING TO LABOUR!!!!!!!!!!! :whip: :whip: :whip:
Wai/PVD: I am HARDLY one to criticize any event or dj, I am there to have a great time, but I was not very impressed with PVD CP last year......the worst set I have seen him do since I moved here, and he has been FABULOUS in general since that time. |

he always seems to throw down MUCH better abroad, judging from his TIC shows...but hey if he did do a summerstage this yr, MAYBE id go and see him. |
that's funny, 'cause when people abroad peep the sets from crobar, space or mansion, they have the opposite reaction lol

| Best PVD set at CP was in 2004 when it rained hard that nite. The set he played at Spirit was even better later that nite at the afterparty. :eyes: :wtf: |

Heard him spin the first time in 2005 @ Mayday in Russia and he was just eh then went to CP and he was eh. If I didn't fly back from Oregon earlier for this I wouldn't have been as unhappy. I base events on how much fun I had and I didn't have fun at this one... |

yeah better to plan EARLYYY...no last minute stuff. of course if money can be saved then so much the better. Well Labor Day Weekend is mostly always expensive...Toronto is ALWAYS expensive no matter wut esp. with airfare and whatnot. I dunno why though. haha. it seems to cost as much to go to Toronto as going to the West Coast and other locales...or maybe go online and find a GOOD last minute package for Toronto
im still debating about going though. Just brought it up cuz this year's Summerstage is a bit TOO close to LOL in terms of schedule...(two weeks difference) and if i were to save money it would be toward going to LOL instead of Summerstage this yr.
hmm def hoping that the GUV anniversary party will be worth going. now i have YET to attend that. And thats ALWAYS a weekend of craziness (still kicking myself for missing the 7th Anni with PVD, Deep Dish and Armin all in one weekend) :whip: :whip: :whip: |
