DJ Bons
As an artist Bons brings a natural charisma to the stage that entices party goers and music rivals alike. Musically, Bons is sure to embark on a journey- rolling through the disco clubs of the 70's, the fetishes of the 80's and the electro-groove of the future. Whether in disguise as "Bon Solo", "Bon Jeremy, "Bonald Trump", or "Bon Cougar Mellancamp", your ability to sit still and maintain a conservative outlook is esentially hopeless. His style, versatility, and ability to vibe with the audience is what allows this artist to deliver smooth, unadulterated funk with full force. It is his unique talent and genuine love for the music that has pronounced Bons as one of Boston’s most acclaimed DJ's. On the daily you can find ‘”The Bons” beating that kitty right, or on the grind keeping his game tight. Living in a fantasy world half way between a 25 cent peep show booth and the penthouse at the ritz. Fact, Bons is a true one of a kind character that is both insatiable and contagious. Highly addictive Bons’ is like twinkies to a fat chick or better yet sex to a nympho. His persona is undeniable and once your taste buds adjust; a flavor that is forever savored. If you don’t know him, don’t worry u soon will. “Bonzilla”(as many of his friends know him) is about to burn down the block, and rebuild with ghetto-faboulousness..

DJHush
After making his father take him to see the movie "Beat Street," brooklyn born John LoBello, a.k.a Dj Hush, got his start behind the turntables at the tender age of 11. As soon the movie ended, he knew he wanted to learn how to DJ. His folks got him a pair of Gemini turntables and a Gemini mixer for his birthday / christmas gift that year. John then spent his early teenage years collecting music and practicing his new trade. During a momentous stroll through Manhattan in 1991, John bought a mix tape off of soon to be famous DJ / producer Roger Sanchez. With songs on it like Joey Beltram's, "Energy Flash" and Nightmare on Wax's, "The Aftermath," John fell in love with house music on the train ride home back to his house. This new found passion for a style of music gave him strong direction for where he wanted to take things as a DJ. In 1996 he moved to the Amherst, Massachusetts to attend the University of Massachusetts. Little did he know that New England would become his new home. After his 1st year attending the school and making strong connections there, he opened The Growroom, an underground dance music store located in Amherst. Two years after opening the shop, he produced his first track, "Carismo," with good friend and soon to be Fade Records star Steve Porter, who was working at his shop. With an abundance of local talent to work with, John decided to start his own label , Mother Tongue Music. He put "Carismo" out as the first release and would follow it up with other releases from himself and the local Growroom crew. As a producer, Dj, and record label owner, the music Hush has pushed forward has received strong global attention and respect. His productions have been hammered and charted by many of the world's top acts such as Deep Dish, Doc Martin, Tedd Patterson, Mark Farina, Sander Kleinenberg, & Danny Howells. Hush's skills behind the turntables have been showcased in many major cities including Sydney, Toronto, Lima, New York, & Miami, while also holding down multiple residencies all over New England and Australia. His record label has tracks licensed to many significant compilations in the world of house music including Dj Vibe's, "Global Grooves," Lee Burridge's "Global Underground 24:7," and Fabric London's "Tyrant 2." In 2005, NYC's Curvve Records licensed his first track, "Carismo," and it was the number one record on Beatport for two weeks. With such dedication to the world of dance music and an intense passion for all he creates, Hush has laid down a strong foundation for his upcoming years in the music industry. With many original productions and remixes on the way, new acts discovered for his record label, and the magic behind the turntables to showcase it all, you will be hearing a lot from the world of Hush and Mother Tongue

Eh I go to a bar or avalon until 2am then head over to rise until 6 or 7am. The only inconvience is theres no booze sold at Rise but you can go in and out of the club which has its obvious benefits ;)
