dude you create some weird ass music:p more like "Experimental music"..
i like the bass in the beginning, but later in the song its hard to hear because of the main leads volume. turn that down a bit, and turn the volume of the bass up a bit. nice vocals! keep up the good work:) |

The beginning sounded cool with the arps and all. However your transition into the beat was nonexistent and a total turn-off. The initial bassline sounded more like a basoon siren.
Too much reverb in places that make this a very muddy mix.
The vocals try to redeem the atmosphere in some regards.
The psy-bits in the middle of the track are pretty good, but your kick has lost alot of it's power. You should probably look at the peaks of your individual instruments and recompress your kick.
The clap doesn't fit. It also mixes in a muddy way.
The song is starting to drag. The idea of a buildup is a sort of teast: you have to give your listener a reason to continue listening until the climax is resolved (as with much "good art" out there).
The song is a bit long, I personally would have gave this track much more thought before posting it. One question: how long did you work on this? |

Hey,
first of all, this is a very interesting track. Definately hard to categorize and very introverted.
A little fragmented beginning. The vocals are ultra trippy, cool.
Interesting bass work at 1:30, nice melody. Wow, this is pure hypnotic bliss now, I love it.
I dont really like the clap sound, and it needs a more present kick.
It's changing again, maybe even a little too fast for my taste.
This very deep atmosphere sucked me in, there is no turning back. I completely love the layering, and I got to say, the way you subtlely evolve the melody is excellent.
Things get louder and louder towards the end. Nice idea to make a crescendo like this. However, the beat gets a little drowned towards the end. Needs some EQ work and level balancing.
Enough criticised, let me tell you something. This is one of my favorite tracks I've heard on this forum for a long time. It might not have the best sound quality, but its really one of those very unique pieces of music I have a place in my heart for. Dont really know why, but its a fantastic trip. Thanks for sharing! |
