i mean, i can understand the logic but i'm used to seeing straght men get over antsy about being percieved as gay. espcially insecure men.
i see more women pretending they are gay/bi than men so this whole concept of some straight men pretending to be gay is new to me. |

There was this gay friend of mine who said girls were often all over him (although I have to heterosexually admit that the guy was good looking), and a friend of my brother's once said that she would only try her luck with gay men because that would make her feel "powerful", converting them from queerness. Also, gays are supposed to be more feminine, which would help dealing with inter-gender conflicts (although I believe most of them are nothing but social constructs).
As for lesbians, I believe it's a completely different matter. Whereas girls want to convert guys, guys in our culture tend to want the largest possible amount of girls, so lesbians would be a way of having more than one girl at a time.
