First of all, sorry Cyber Joe I missed your set. I couldn't sleep from partying friday night with Alibi and I ended up sleeping at 8pm saturday and when my Jinny woke me up it was midnight. So we ended up walking in the door at about 1:30am.
Nicholas was already on the decks throwing some nice tracks. Listening to Ish the previous night and walking into Nicholas set was a good continuation of my party weekend. He played a good set but I thought I lacked some crowd interaction. He was basically cue, beatmatching and mixing up there. No show of enthusiasm. Do psytrance dj do this often? Ha Ish? :happy2:
After an hour of psytrance I was ready to hear some progressive trance and I was really looking forward for Taj to come up. I checked the time on my phone and it showed 3:30am. I'm like where the hell is Taj. So I started bitching about it with my friend and he reminded me that it was the night that the time was moved forward :conf:
Finally Taj tooks the decks and man what a set! You threw some wicked tracks and your eq and filter work was amazing. How do you do that with a cigarette in between your fingers?:haha:
Anyway, another great weekend at ten. I still don't know when I'm gonna make it to ruby. So far this year, I've only been there once for B&J last month. So far the Line Up at ten is the ones to watch. |
