As for Queen's Day, nah I have never been there for it. But it is massive and TONS of events going on. I have been to RockIt before though, the first year they had it. That is where I saw Kowalski and Skils play for the first time and I was totally impressed.
That is one sick lineup. I am sure you plan on going and having fun; just make sure you have fun for me too. Oh, and take pics :) |

Odds are good we will check it out... no shortage of options here.. I am missing Ben Sims and Mark Broom tonight though (different parties).
As for the pics.. that will likely be Paul.. I think he might be taking some for livesets as well. :) |

I will be so jealous, I am sure of that.. lol
I wish I were there to see your initial reaction for Awakenings. When I went last year with my friends, they literally just watched my reactions when I walked into Gashouder and saw the setup. I was completely overwhelmed and excited and the highest I have ever been just from the atmosphere. (I stayed totally sober that night and the adrenaline from the party stayed with me until sometime the next day. I literally couldn't sleep!):crazy: |

damn straight! I expect it will be similar to the first time I walked in to a huge Bell Centre party 7 or 8 years ago.. except I am much more excited for this lineup! ;)
I will be meeting up with a bunch of people on the Sunday night party that I have been chatting with over the years which will be nice as well. :)
2 out of the 3 nights are sold out already.. not too surprising! |

OMG last night (or this morning) was stressful. Sensation White tickets went on sale at 4am (10am in the Netherlands). Cale and I stayed up to get them because we were told they sell out FAST and the ticket prices on other websites start at twice the price. It took us a frickin' hour to get through but....

Nice! It's one fun ass party. Buy an arena dexit card while you're there...VERY useful as it's the only real way to buy food/booze etc.

I looked at Playa but it seems like the most expensive accomodations on the island. Even though we're only there for 4 days, budget is still tight cause we will be travelling through other parts of Europe. I found an apartment near Ibiza City on Figueretas beach for a really good price.. would this be a good area?
I like that it's within walking distance to the town and still close to the beach. |
