Hi All
Found a interesting article on some 'newer' techniques on mastering while mixing that may be of interest.
Mixing it Up in Mastering.
Mixing is a less known area for me so I found this a good article to get me thinking about different methods and techniques. And this is from "Michael Tarsia is a 2 time Grammy recognized Engineer, with 19 Gold and Platinum album credits." So probably worth looking at lol.

I really like this thinking and it's deffo something I will try out on my own tracks!
this way of working is in many ways similar to how you develop systems today following a more iterative process rather than finishing one stage at the time and thus being done with the finished stages.
It will probably take many years still but it's not impossible that this way of working will be a more used standard than the "old ways". |

I thought it was a little short, but then again so is the mastering section of the tutorials.
