You snip a hole in the corner of the bag on top. Once it's opened you sick it back in the fridge. The milk will get bad if it's left in too long as will any milk regardless of what container it is in. Milk doesn't last long enough in my house to get bad, I'm a milkoholic, seriously.

That's like leaving an uncovered glass of milk in the fridge, after two days it starts to taste funny. And yes, what's wrong with powdered milk? Ever been camping? What other kind of milk are you supposed to drink :p |

Did you even look at the picture I posted? You put the bag in a container that is specially made for bags of milk. It taste exactly the same as it does if it's kept on a carton. Even cartons don't get sealed back up properly, just because you fold the spout flat, it's still unsealed. The only way the milk will go bad is if it has been on the counter too long and/or in the fridge too long, other than that it's fine. Powdered milk is good for baking. Yes, I've been camping once and I'll never do it again. I do hotels only. Um Chocolate milk, yes from a brown cow. |
