... yeah, I missed it...
I've been seriously slacking in my EDM scene presence...
I've had a lot on my plate recently, and I really wanted to get to this show, but it just didn't happen... oh well :rolleyes: |

Well since only one club brings talent to D.C. of course your going to slack.....mabie I should be checking out the locals instead,
Also yhey got a review at Pacha NY so I didn't even bother going and out of all place it has to be too |

i've seen "talent" at five, glow, spank, dragonfly, home, indebleu, the loft, fly, andalu....
you are the one seriously slacking if you think dc brings talent to one place. and i go back to the question i always ask you:
if you hate it so much here, why are you still here? |

I would said Dragonfly but I didn't , oops forgot about FVE
I notice that question was direct towards my cousin so I didn't bother answering for HIM
Only reason I stay is because I like my job
now shut the up and leave me alone |

They played a whole lot better @ glow. Seems all the DJs do that :conf: |

Well when I went to see Gabriel and Dresden around late 2005 I actully really lie there set because the flow was great and they ended with some great encores. Mabie I am out of tune with them since I haven't listen to them all last year.
I highly doubt that the lasttime Armin played there was anything amazing. Its was nothing special and I don't but they pull in some the worst people making it a unbarrable crowd. Aslo man did that set really went no where for Armin. Did the encores suck yeah. It was funny seeing every toolbag signing satelite. |

My GF lives in NJ, so I'm up around NY all the time... there is/has been plenty of good talent coming through DC - same goes for NY... It's just me - I've been slackin' :( |

I had fun in DC when I came down for Ferry. The people were fakin PARTYING and I loved it. Also I noticed Ferry played a 10x's better set down there then he did in nyc.
The only difference I see (based on reviews) is that Armin blows most of his fans away here in nyc, and doesn't get the same response as in DC. Each DJ seems to save themselves for a particular fav city....and I know ferry loves DC and Armin loves New York (just as Tiesto KILLS in Toronto, and sucks down here without FAIL!). |
