Hi all,
Just to let you know that Lange Recordings is re-launching this year with an aim to expand its release schedule beyond just Lange releases.
We are on the look out for up and coming and established producers in the prog house/electro/trance/tech trance scenes.
If anyone is interested in shouting us a demo, please visit www.myspace.com/langerecordings for more information.
All the best :)

Hey. I sended a demo, and i got an answer within a week.
Ofcourse, i got rejected, but was very happy about not having to wait forever for a reply i might not have gotten.
So thumps up for that. Will be submitting more stuff, in about a year or so. |

| Oh thats crap, i was prolly just "lucky".
Some labels even demands that you dont send your demos anywhere else, eventhough they never reply.
I mean, they have to spend atleast 5-10 minutes actually listening to the demo, sometimes less ofcourse. and in the meanwhile they could just send an e-mail back, pasting the fact that they reject your demo.
I mean, how else do you even know they actually listened to it ? |

quite. when i was involved in profound before the crash and the label died i e-mailed every single person who sent in a demo and still have quite a majority of them on msn today
it's irrelevant anyways as the demos i have sent were picked up elsewhere. it would have been nice to recieve an email just saying no thanks however

A few of them I notice reply to you, some have even been kind enough to give feedback like, 'good melodies, but the sounds used could do with some improving' etc..

Profound unfortunately hit the wall due to several reasons, including the pressing plant we were going to use closing down, my old car getting written off my car and having to find £6k to buy a new one and the other guys both moving into new houses. It wasn't fair at the time just to do digital as we had promised real media so abandoned the project
