dude, you (like me) dont even know all the details... notice how all the stuff that was stolen had flightcases, etc... for all we know, he was on the road in a hotel and some1 stole it... all your points are pretty ridiculous... i've been robbed a couple of times, there's only so much you can do... lasers, tracking devices, video cameras? yeah, i'm sure you'd invest in all of that if 100K of equipment was stolen... we don't even know where it was stolen from in the first place... for all we know, he was unloading for a gig with all his equipment at the venue in the afternoon, and it wasn't there at night, WE JUST DON'T KNOW... not everyone in this country lives in the Marcy projects or South Bronx or my own area near Jersey City, so your monday-morning-quarterbacking of "he should have done this" is kinda ridiculous |

actually, different logic i guess... if im playin a set and something s up from the booth and its no where near my fault, ppl wouldnt care about that and will blame it on me, and im completely cool with that.. way i see it is, if something ed up on you, even if you didnt do it or cause it, you still need to take the fall. |

i know that very well... but something going wrong in the booth at your show is a whole other story than 100K+ of equipment being stolen and THERE BEING NO SHOW IN THE FIRST PLACE because the equipment was part of the show itself... whether he asks for help in exchange of reward, or just informs his fans about the situation, he's gotta do so no matter what... you better believe that this is gunna up his tour schedule... if he was asking for money from donations, i'd be the first one to attack, but it seems too many people go out of their to be as as possible, no other way of putting it |
