| My friends have ps3s and wiis and I have a 360. They still have to arrive at the store within an hour or 2 after receiving a shipment to get a controller for the wii. And there aren't a whole lot of games for the ps3 or wii yet -- there's plenty to choose from on the 360. I'd say go 360 or wait several months if you want the others ;) |

I have both... If you are looking for Home Media Integration.. The 360 is the winner right now..
If you want to have the future best formats, get the PS3. Blu-Ray on PS3 smokes XBOX and their HD-DVD. (Xbox HD-DVD has a lot of kinks to work out)
Right now, I mainly play the Xbox 360 and just use the PS3 for Blu Ray....
If you want Blu-ray, you would have to be stupid to buy anything other than a PS3, it's a cheaper than ALL the other players out there. It is the best Blu-Ray player on the market and it's a kick ass gaming system.
XBOX 360 has them on games. But this time next year, PS3 will be right up their. The games, or lack of on PS3 makes it hard to spend that much cash on it.
360 is the best deal right now. Add the HD-Dvd drive and you can watch a bunch of HD movies too. They are having some issue with the decoding of the HD sound formats, which will be worked out.. Just a matter of time..
Either way, I hope you have a 5.1 Theater system and a HD tv to hook it up to, otherwise you are missing out! |
