A note from Soulster:
My cousin Pamela needs to have a life-saving but extensive operation to remove a tumor from her jaw called an ameloblastoma . Ameloblastomas are very rare. The invasive surgery needed to remove it, which will require grafting bone from her hip as well as tooth implants, is not covered by the government. All told, this surgery is expected to cost in the neighbourhood of $20,000, which my family—even with combined efforts—cannot afford.
In an effort to help ease the financial burden I am putting on a fundraiser featuring some of the best local house, techno and breaks dj's our city has to offer!
