I really like cabbagetown as well. The old victorian houses have me sold. however the ghetto-ness of regent just south does not :(
A good investment right now though is to buy in Cabbagetown and in 10 years when Regent is finished it's revitalization your home will be worth much much more :D |

| The Bluffs neighbourhood is cool but only because of The Bluffs obviously. Really nice beach at the bottom too. |

Yes, Church Wellesley Village, one of my favs as well.
Patio at O'Grady's is hard to beat in the summertime. |

ive been meaning to go there for the longest time. looks like an awesome place.
my favorites are beaches, aroudn queens park/university ave, yorkville, and anywhere on the waterfront (especially humber bay). |
