5years, mostly out of debt, paid off last investment property or will have liquidated it. Partner will have finished uni and hopefully working with a good wage for a few years by this point (so I won't have too!) and that's as much wishful thinking as anything at this point.
10years... that's a frightening prospect!
Don't know about kids, I would like them, I just don't know if I want to be the one giving birth to them... somewhere there's going to be an extended vacation from working because it's basically all I've done for the last 12 years :( |

Haha. You're so cute Jamie, always projecting the future and envisioning a life story...
I do that sometimes...but things change so fast I'm hesitant to dream so far ahead... |

Yeah well I dunno about you, but the bumps on the road of life that I've encountered haven't made it easy for me to get things done.
I don't really give a to rush anyways. Meh. |

why do humans feel the need to change or progress? I am happy where I am. I got pink skin and a sore bum. If I still got that pink skin in 5 years, ill be laughing. if I dont, then I might have to bleech it.
As for my career, id like to be demoted. Nothing like freeing ones self from responsibility!! *puts feet up* Why do I want more. less pay, less work, less hair; all in a centuries work! |

| I see myself mulling over the ideal: English professor, actor, and writer who is also able to enjoy his leisure. |

Heh, yeah there are times when I wish I had it easy, just for a second...but then I realize I wouldn't be who I am without the experiences I've had.
I'm surprised after all this time I still haven't learned much patience though! |

5 years:
Well I'm done school , so that's checked off. Working in radio, or doing some sort of media business. I may or may not go back to do something different, nothing wrong with going back to school to further your edu-ma-cation. I want to travel more, I did the whole Europe thing so maybe somewhere different? I used to want to go with a travel buddy or a boyfriend but now I'm think that I want to do it alone. I'm 21 , so between now and being 26 I used to want to be married by 25 and then start popping out kids but that has somewhat changed. If that is what happends then I'll be happy but if it doesn't...that's quite ok too. I just want to have my kids at a young enough age so that I can grow up with them and not be too old do be active and not lazy.
10 years:
This is a little tougher. If I went back to school, I'd be done and working. Deffintatley married and with kids ,1 or 2. I would have travelled alone as well as with my family. Living somewhere fairly warm with a vacation home somewhere nice and snowy. I'll be 31, so I suppose living it up like any average 31 year old. Happy with my husband and my beautiful kids, making some benjamins and saving for....I don't know something worth while.
This could all change within a few years. I may or may not have found the man I want to potentially marry, if so I know we have the same goals and thoughts for the future and if not then so be it, I'll find him eventually or he'll make it to me. No matter who I end up with what I want to do, I'll do. I wont let some penis get in my way! lol:p |
