Ahh. Sorry to hear that. Now, beat that mo' fo' down, baby! :whip:

i read in a couple of articles that hpv is ridiculously common

"Approximately 20 million people are currently infected with HPV. At least 50 percent of sexually active men and women acquire genital HPV infection at some point in their lives. By age 50, at least 80 percent of women will have acquired genital HPV infection. About 6.2 million Americans get a new genital HPV infection each year."

right now, approximately 70% of people have it, or have had it in their life

well mine is about to be gone.I can't wait to hookers with no condoms.

I always see the HPV commercials here. It's rather disturbing but a reality check for sure.

what is even scarier is that condoms do not work effectivly at protecting yourself from it as it is a skin contact virus.

aren't herpes and HPV also the hardest to test for?

i don't know about herpes, but there is no test for men.Only one available is when you show symptoms they can biopsy a bit of skin to tell you if its gone.In women it shows up in pap smears but can take years to show sometimes.

Hpv has caused many divorces, when in reality the person might not have been unfaithful, but just didnt know.
